What is the operation and conduct policy? What software do I need to take the course? You need a working web browser that is connected to the Internet to take a defensive driving course. We support Internet Explorer 4.0 and higher, Netscape Navigator 6.0, AOL 4.0 and higher and most other browsers. There is no software to download and nothing saved to your hard drive. Some courses use the Macromedia Flash plug-in. This product is free and can be downloaded and installed at registration.
My certificate is due today. Can I still take your course? Our course provider says, Time allowed for completion of courses and deadlines for submitting certificates of completion vary from court to court. We urge you to contact your court for this information to avoid taking this course and not receiving credit from the court.
How long is the final exam? The final exam length depends upon the state or region where you received your speeding ticket. Many exams are 25 questions long, but some are longer.
When registering, do I select my home county? Select the county in which you received your ticket.
Do I have to finish the course in a certain amount of time? You must finish the Defensive Drivers course before your court deadline. Also give yourself plenty of time for processing by the court.

How long is the Defensive Driving course? Most people can finish in about 4-6 hours. Some people take longer, but that is a rough guide for most students.
