I need another copy of my certificate. How can I get one? Our course provider says, If you have lost your certificate or it contains incorrect information, you may contact a customer support representative at 1-800-723-1955 to request a certificate reprint.
I am a new driver. Do you offer first-time driver or teen driver education? Yes! In many states there is a teen/first-tie driver training course available. Check our site to see.
Do I need to attend a classroom? No. The course is entirely online. It is web learning on your schedule at your pace.
Do I need to wear a seatbelt in Texas? Safety belts save lives. That's why Texas is drawing the line for drivers and passengers: buckle up or face a fine!
I paid the court my fee to attend traffic school. Why do you charge me again? Most courts charge an administrative fee you that must pay to be allowed to attend a traffic school. That fee is separate from and in addition to our tuition.
How do I know if I am eligible for traffic school? Check the paperwork sent to you by the court. It will explain your options for traffic school.
