If you hit an unattended vehicle, find the driver or write your name and address on a note explaining what happened. You must also include the owner's name and address if the vehicle you are driving doesn't belong to you.

My due date is approaching fast. How far ahead do I need to complete the course?
We recommend you complete our course at least 10 business days prior to your due date. That will give you enough to mail your completed certificate to your court. When you receive your certificate from us, you are responsible for mailing it to your court on time.

How do I know if I am eligible for traffic school?
Check the paperwork sent to you by the court. It will explain your options for traffic school.

How do I know if I am allowed to take a Defensive Driving Course in Texas?
We recommend that you contact the state DMV or court before signing up. That is the best way to verify that you can take a course. But do it early or you will miss your deadline.
