What will I learn by taking your course?

I paid the court my fee to attend traffic school. Why do you charge me again?
Most courts charge an administrative fee you that must pay to be allowed to attend a traffic school. That fee is separate from and in addition to our tuition.

What credit cards do you accept? Can I use my debit card?
Our course providers says, You may submit payment using a credit card, bank debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo, or a personal check through our secure server. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do I have to finish the course in a certain amount of time?
You must finish the Defensive Drivers course before your court deadline. Also give yourself plenty of time for processing by the court.

My certificate is due today. Can I still take your course?
Our course provider says, Time allowed for completion of courses and deadlines for submitting certificates of completion vary from court to court. We urge you to contact your court for this information to avoid taking this course and not receiving credit from the court.

What software do I need to take the course?
You need a working web browser that is connected to the Internet to take a defensive driving course. We support Internet Explorer 4.0 and higher, Netscape Navigator 6.0, AOL 4.0 and higher and most other browsers. There is no software to download and nothing saved to your hard drive. Some courses use the Macromedia Flash plug-in. This product is free and can be downloaded and installed at registration.

I am a new driver. Do you offer first-time driver or teen driver education?
Yes! In many states there is a teen/first-tie driver training course available. Check our site to see.

Can I get an insurance discount if I am a senior driver?
Our course provider says, Yes! It varies by state who is allowed to take a course for an insurance discount. (In some state only mature drivers age 55 and over are eligible to receive an insurance discount by completing a course.) We definitely offer the insurance discount option in all the states in which we are approved.
