I am a new driver. Do you offer first-time driver or teen driver education?
Yes! In many states there is a teen/first-tie driver training course available. Check our site to see.

How long is the final exam?
The final exam length depends upon the state or region where you received your speeding ticket. Many exams are 25 questions long, but some are longer.

I do not see my county listed on your site, can I still take your traffic school?
No. Either the county court does not accept web-based traffic schools, or we are not yet approved in that county. Please see your court paperwork for your traffic school options and approved schools.

What is the testing and grading policy?
Our course provider says, Each chapter contains a quiz or quizzes that review important content from that chapter. The number of quizzes and quiz questions varies depending on your course. The quizzes do not affect your final exam score but will provide you with an excellent opportunity to master the course material. You also must take and pass a final exam upon completion of the course.

Do I need to wear a seatbelt in Texas?
Safety belts save lives. That's why Texas is drawing the line for drivers and passengers: buckle up or face a fine!

When registering, do I select my home county?
Select the county in which you received your ticket.

What is the course cancellation/refund policy?
Our course provider says, New York Users Only - A full refund will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within 30 days of registering for the course and prior to attempting the final examination. The COURSE PROVIDER will terminate, without notice, the enrollment of any student who has not successfully completed the course within 30 days. All registration fees paid are due and refundable when the course of instruction is discontinued by the COURSE PROVIDER, preventing a student from completing the course, or the enrollment of the student was procured as a result of any misrepresentation in advertising, promotional materials of the COURSE PROVIDER, or representation made by the owner or employee of the COURSE PROVIDER.
