My certificate is due today. Can I still take your course? Our course provider says, Time allowed for completion of courses and deadlines for submitting certificates of completion vary from court to court. Do I need to attend a classroom? No. The course is entirely online. It is web learning on your schedule at your pace.
I need another copy of my certificate. How can I get one? Our course provider says, If you have lost your certificate or it contains incorrect information, you may contact a customer support representative at 1-800-723-1955 to request a certificate reprint.
What software do I need to take the course? You need a working web browser that is connected to the Internet to take a defensive driving course. We support Internet Explorer 4.0 and higher, Netscape Navigator 6.0, AOL 4.0 and higher and most other browsers. There is no software to download and nothing saved to your hard drive. Some courses use the Macromedia Flash plug-in. This product is free and can be downloaded and installed at registration.
