I've heard that some airbags smoke when they inflate. Is this a fire hazard?
Cornstarch or powder is packed inside the airbags to lubricate them and ensure proper inflation. The smoke is actually the cornstarch or powder and poses no fire hazard.

I do not see my county listed on your site, can I still take your traffic school?
No. Either the county court does not accept web-based traffic schools, or we are not yet approved in that county. Please see your court paperwork for your traffic school options and approved schools.

Why should I take a defensive driving course in Texas? Will it remove my speeding ticket?
The answer to the first question is: (1) it may keep your auto insurance rates from rising (if you qualify) and (2) you have the opportunity to learn about safe driving.

How long does it take for my certificate to be delivered?
Our course provider says that it processes certificates Monday-Friday at 3 PM Pacific Time (5 PM Central Time for Texas users). Users completing after 3 PM will be processed the following business day. We ask you to allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Premium delivery services are available for an additional fee.

Do I have to finish the course in a certain amount of time?
You must finish the Defensive Drivers course before your court deadline. Also give yourself plenty of time for processing by the court.

I paid the court my fee to attend traffic school. Why do you charge me again?
Most courts charge an administrative fee you that must pay to be allowed to attend a traffic school. That fee is separate from and in addition to our tuition.
