If I fail, what happens? In most locations you can retake the final exam if you fail. The specifics depend upon your state's regulator agency.
What is the operation and conduct policy? Our course provider says, No credit or completion will be given if the course is completed by anyone other than you or if you are assisted by an outside party. When you enroll in the course you are stating under penalty of perjury that you, and not another person, studied the material in its entirety and completed that chapter quizzes and the final exam. By registering for the course, you understand that is may be a felony to make false statements or to falsify documents submitted by the court.
What is ID Verification? Some county courts require students to prove their identities. This is known as ID Verification. It is an easy-to-follow process with clear instructions. Not every county court asks for this requirement.
Why should I take a defensive driving course in Texas? Will it remove my speeding ticket? The answer to the first question is: (1) it may keep your auto insurance rates from rising (if you qualify) and (2) you have the opportunity to learn about safe driving.
Why is it so important not to have rear-facing child safety seats in the front seat? The force of nearly 3,000 pounds of pressure from a crash would thrust the child forward, crushing it between the safety seat and the back of the car seat. Never place a rear-facing child safety seat in the front seat of a vehicle equipped with a passenger-front airbag.
What is the course completion policy? Our course provider says, You must complete all phases of the approved curriculum in order to receive a certificate of completion. Any time missed must be made up. The school is prohibited from issuing a certificate of completion if the student has not met all the requirements for course completion and a student shall not accept a certificate under such circumstances.

Tip for SECAUCUS, New Jersey Winter driving tip from Caltrans: When stalled, stay with your vehicle and try to conserve fuel while maintaining warmth. Be alert to any possible exhaust or monoxide problems.
Tip for SECAUCUS, New Jersey Safety belts should always be worn, even when riding in vehicles equipped with air bags. Air bags are designed to work with safety belts, not by themselves. Air bags, by themselves, have a fatality-reducing effectiveness of only 12 percent. (Sources: Facts to Buckle Up America and Traffic Safety Facts 2006 Data, NHTSA)

Tip for SECAUCUS, New Jersey Winter driving tip from Caltrans: When you put on chains, wait until you can pull completely off the roadway to the right. Do not stop in a traffic lane where you will endanger yourself and block traffic.
Tip for SECAUCUS, New Jersey The cost of unbuckled drivers and passengers goes far beyond those killed and the loss to their families. We all pay in higher taxes and higher health care and insurance costs. (Sources: Facts to Buckle Up America and Traffic Safety Facts 2006 Data, NHTSA)
