Defensive Driving Tips for SAHUARITA, Arizona |
What will I learn by taking your course? We cover all manner of subjects on safe driving. You will learn about driving in unsafe conditions like fog, rain, and snow. You will learn about the 3-second rule and safe following distances. You will learn about the dangers of drunk driving. And you will learn how to safely operate a vehicle, include tips like how to back out of a parking space and how to handle a skid. All that and more when you take our defensive driving/traffic school course.
How long is the final exam? The final exam length depends upon the state or region where you received your speeding ticket. Many exams are 25 questions long, but some are longer.
What is the operation and conduct policy? Our course provider says, No credit or completion will be given if the course is completed by anyone other than you or if you are assisted by an outside party. When you enroll in the course you are stating under penalty of perjury that you, and not another person, studied the material in its entirety and completed that chapter quizzes and the final exam. By registering for the course, you understand that is may be a felony to make false statements or to falsify documents submitted by the court.
What is the testing and grading policy? Our course provider says, Each chapter contains a quiz or quizzes that review important content from that chapter. The number of quizzes and quiz questions varies depending on your course. The quizzes do not affect your final exam score but will provide you with an excellent opportunity to master the course material. You also must take and pass a final exam upon completion of the course.
What should I do if I am involved in an accident? If there is damage to the vehicle, stop and exchange information. If someone is hurt, render aid and notify law enforcement. If you hit an unattended vehicle, find the driver or write your name and address on a note explaining what happened. You must also include the owner's name and address if the vehicle you are driving doesn't belong to you.

Tip for SAHUARITA, Arizona Winter driving tip from Caltrans: Chain Installers: If you use the services of a chain installer, be sure to get a receipt and jot the installer's badge number on it. Remember, chain installers are independent business people, not Caltrans employees. Having the badge number may help with any misunderstandings later. Chain installers are NOT allowed to sell or rent chains.

If you reduce this braking distance, you may be forcing the driver behind you to make a difficult choice: either brake hard (possibly causing problems such as jackknifing), or risk rear-ending your vehicle.
Tip for SAHUARITA, Arizona Winter driving tip from Caltrans: Put an extra car key in you pocket. A number of motorists have locked themselves out of their cars when putting on chains and at ski areas.
