What is the course completion policy? Our course provider says, You must complete all phases of the approved curriculum in order to receive a certificate of completion. Why is it so important not to have rear-facing child safety seats in the front seat? The force of nearly 3,000 pounds of pressure from a crash would thrust the child forward, crushing it between the safety seat and the back of the car seat. Never place a rear-facing child safety seat in the front seat of a vehicle equipped with a passenger-front airbag.
How old is too old to drive?
Is your website secure? Yes. Our course provider's website is secure.
How do airbags work? Airbags work by preventing your upper body from striking the steering wheel, dashboard and windshield in a head-on collision. Airbags will NOT deploy in most side-collisions, but side airbags are not as common as front airbags. A sensor is activated when the car strikes a solid object. This sensor sends an electric current, initiating a chemical release of non-toxic nitrogen gas that causes the airbag to inflate. The deployment is instantaneous and the airbag will deflate immediately, preventing the risk of suffocation.
How many chances do I get to pass the final? You may attempt to pass the quizzes and final exam as many times as you wish. But keep an eye on the court?s deadline.
