I paid the court my fee to attend traffic school. Why do you charge me again?
Most courts charge an administrative fee you that must pay to be allowed to attend a traffic school. That fee is separate from and in addition to our tuition.

I do not see my county listed on your site, can I still take your traffic school?
No. Either the county court does not accept web-based traffic schools, or we are not yet approved in that county. Please see your court paperwork for your traffic school options and approved schools.

How do I know if I am eligible for traffic school?
Check the paperwork sent to you by the court. It will explain your options for traffic school.

What is the course completion policy?
Our course provider says, You must complete all phases of the approved curriculum in order to receive a certificate of completion. Any time missed must be made up. The school is prohibited from issuing a certificate of completion if the student has not met all the requirements for course completion and a student shall not accept a certificate under such circumstances.

What is the operation and conduct policy?
Our course provider says, No credit or completion will be given if the course is completed by anyone other than you or if you are assisted by an outside party. When you enroll in the course you are stating under penalty of perjury that you, and not another person, studied the material in its entirety and completed that chapter quizzes and the final exam. By registering for the course, you understand that is may be a felony to make false statements or to falsify documents submitted by the court.

Is my information secure and private?
Yes. We follow industry best practices for both security and privacy. We do not disclose your personal information to anyone, except as required by law.

Tip for MOTT, North Dakota
Young drivers are about 1.5 times more likely to have a fatal crash after having one or two drinks and about three times more likely after three drinks.

Tip for MOTT, North Dakota
Don't cut in front of a large truck just because you see open space there. The driver is leaving enough room to brake safely. If you reduce this braking distance, you may be forcing the driver behind you to make a difficult choice: either brake hard (possibly causing problems such as jackknifing), or risk rear-ending your vehicle.

Tip for MOTT, North Dakota
Concentrate on your driving, not on your cell phone, stereo, passengers or other distractions.

Tip for MOTT, North Dakota
Winter driving tip from Caltrans: You will usually have about a mile between Chains Required signs and the checkpoint to install your chains.

A research report by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety studied more than 10,000 reported incidents of road rage between 1990 and 1996. The report found that in approximately 44 percent of the violent traffic altercations, the perpetrator used a weapon such as a firearm, knife, club, or tire iron. In 23 percent the aggressive driver used the vehicle as a weapon, and in 12 percent used a vehicle and also a standard weapon. More unusual cases include pepper spray, eggs, golf clubs, and in one instance a crossbow. (Road Rage On the Rise, AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.)

Tip for MOTT, North Dakota
Once children outgrow their forward-facing seats (usually around age 4 and 40 pounds), they should ride in booster seats, in the back seat, until the vehicle seat belts fit properly. Seat belts fit properly when the lap belt lays across the upper thighs and the shoulder belt fits across the chest (usually at age 8 or when they are 4?9? tall).
