Tip for GLASSTON, North Dakota
A roundabout is a one-way, circular intersection in which traffic flows around a center island. Roundabouts are designed to meet the needs of all road users--drivers, pedestrians, pedestrians with disabilities, and bicyclists.

Tip for GLASSTON, North Dakota
An intersection is a planned point of conflict in the roadway system. With different crossing and entering movements by both drivers and pedestrians, an intersection is one of the most complex traffic situations that motorists encounter. Add the element of speeding motorists who disregard traffic controls, and the dangers are compounded.

Tip for GLASSTON, North Dakota
Drivers of large trucks and buses enjoy a better forward view and have larger side mirrors, but remember they also have more and larger blind spots. Avoid staying in one of their blind spots--if you can't see the driver in his or her side mirror, the driver probably can't see you.

Tip for GLASSTON, North Dakota
Trying to dip your fries in ketchup while navigating traffic is dangerous. Driving while distracted is hazardous for everyone, especially inexperienced teen drivers. Maximize safety. Minimize distractions.

Tip for GLASSTON, North Dakota
