Did you know? Eight young people die every day in the U.S. in alcohol-related crashes.
Can you give me an extension on my traffic school due date? No. Only the court that you were cited from can grant an extension. You need to contact that Court.
How long does the course take? The time it takes varies from person to person. A determined student who studies the material and takes notes can finish fairly quickly. But many students choose to spread the course out over a week or more. Rest assured you can follow whatever method works for your schedule. But give yourself plenty of time to pass the final exam prior to your court deadline!
How do airbags work? Airbags will deploy in most frontal collisions, however front airbags will most likely not deploy in side-collisions. Side airbags will deploy in most side-collisions but side airbags are not as common as front airbags.
How long do I have to finish the course? As long as you need to get your certificate to the court within the court?s deadline. Give yourself plenty of time for mailing your certificate. We recommend you finish at least 10 business days prior to your deadline.
I do not see my county listed on your site, can I still take your traffic school? No. Either the county court does not accept web-based traffic schools, or we are not yet approved in that county. Please see your court paperwork for your traffic school options and approved schools.

Tip for ANCRAM, New York In 2006, 61,000 pedestrians were injured and 4,784 were killed in traffic crashes in the United States, representing 2 percent of all the people injured in traffic crashes and 11 percent of all traffic fatalities. (Traffic Safety Facts 2006 Data, NHTSA)
Tip for ANCRAM, New York Buckle up! Make sure you always wear your seat belt and that everyone else in the vehicle is buckled up. This is your best defense against anything that might happen on the road.
Tip for ANCRAM, New York In 2006 12,694 pedestrians were injured and 733 were killed by collisions with vehicles in California, according to the CHP. Also during 2006, bicyclists suffered 10,283 injuries and 155 deaths from collisions in California. (2006 Annual Report of Fatal and Injury Motor Vehicle Traffic Collisions, CHP)
Tip for ANCRAM, New York Most new cars have air bags for front-seat passengers. When used with lap/shoulder belts, air bags work very well to protect older children and adults. Air bags do not work with rear-facing child seats (those used with infants). Airbags could seriously injure or even kill an unbuckled child or adult who is sitting too close to the air bag or who is thrown toward the dash during emergency braking. In a crash, the air bag inflates very quickly. It could hit anything close to the dashboard with enough force to cause severe injuries or even death. Because the back of a rear-facing child seat sits very close to the dashboard, the seat could be struck with enough force to cause serious, or even fatal injuries to a baby. Even older children (who have outgrown child seats) are at risk from a deploying air bag, if they are not properly restrained.
Tip for ANCRAM, New York Almost 50 percent of speeding-related fatalities occur on lower speed collector and local roads, which carry only 27.9 percent of the total vehicle miles traveled in the United States.
Tip for ANCRAM, New York When a driver is buckled with a seat belt, children are likely to be buckled 87 percent of the time. When a driver is not buckled in a seat belt, children are likely to be buckled only 24 percent of the time.
Tip for ANCRAM, New York Texas driving tip: Observing speed limits means more than driving faster or slower than the posted speed: it means driving to conditions. When it's raining or foggy, when ice is on the road, when traffic is heavy or when road construction is ahead, adjust your speed accordingly.
Tip for ANCRAM, New York An insured driver who routinely wears a seat belt pays higher premiums each year to cover crash-related medical expenses for those who do not wear seat belts.
