Some courses use the Macromedia Flash plug-in. This product is free and can be downloaded and installed at registration.
How many chances do I get to pass the final? You may attempt to pass the quizzes and final exam as many times as you wish. But keep an eye on the court?s deadline.
What should I do if I am involved in an accident? If there is damage to the vehicle, stop and exchange information. If someone is hurt, render aid and notify law enforcement. If you hit an unattended vehicle, find the driver or write your name and address on a note explaining what happened. You must also include the owner's name and address if the vehicle you are driving doesn't belong to you.
What is the operation and conduct policy? Our course provider says, No credit or completion will be given if the course is completed by anyone other than you or if you are assisted by an outside party. When you enroll in the course you are stating under penalty of perjury that you, and not another person, studied the material in its entirety and completed that chapter quizzes and the final exam. By registering for the course, you understand that is may be a felony to make false statements or to falsify documents submitted by the court.
Can I get an insurance discount if I am a senior driver? Our course provider says, Yes! It varies by state who is allowed to take a course for an insurance discount. (In some state only mature drivers age 55 and over are eligible to receive an insurance discount by completing a course.) We definitely offer the insurance discount option in all the states in which we are approved.
Can you give me an extension on my traffic school due date? No. Only the court that you were cited from can grant an extension. You need to contact that Court.
