I know that all children under age 12 should ride in the back seat, especially if the car is equipped with airbags. What about the elderly; are they safe with airbags? The elderly, like all other passengers and drivers, should be properly restrained with the seat as far back as possible and the individual's back firmly supported. All occupants should also keep arms and feet away from where the airbags will deploy.
I paid the court my fee to attend traffic school. Why do you charge me again? Most courts charge an administrative fee you that must pay to be allowed to attend a traffic school. That fee is separate from and in addition to our tuition.
What is the course cancellation/refund policy? Our course provider says, New York Users Only - A full refund will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within 30 days of registering for the course and prior to attempting the final examination. The COURSE PROVIDER will terminate, without notice, the enrollment of any student who has not successfully completed the course within 30 days. Are teens at greater risk of death in an alcohol-related crash? Teens are at far greater risk of death in an alcohol-related crash than the overall population, despite the fact they cannot legally purchase or publicly possess alcohol in any State.
What is the testing and grading policy? Our course provider says, Each chapter contains a quiz or quizzes that review important content from that chapter. The number of quizzes and quiz questions varies depending on your course. The quizzes do not affect your final exam score but will provide you with an excellent opportunity to master the course material. You also must take and pass a final exam upon completion of the course.
Why is it so important not to have rear-facing child safety seats in the front seat? The force of nearly 3,000 pounds of pressure from a crash would thrust the child forward, crushing it between the safety seat and the back of the car seat. Never place a rear-facing child safety seat in the front seat of a vehicle equipped with a passenger-front airbag.
What credit cards do you accept? Can I use my debit card? Our course providers says, You may submit payment using a credit card, bank debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo, or a personal check through our secure server. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
